Pastor Spence Walker grew up attending First Assembly of God in his hometown of Mobile. Upon graduation from IMS high school in 1989, he earned a degree in Pastoral Ministries and Bible from Central Bible College of the Assemblies of God in Springfield, Missouri. Pastor Spence is an ordained minister who served at Orchard A/G in Mobile for five years as youth and interim pastor followed by four years as Senior Pastor at Centenary A/G in Luverne, Alabama. Pastor Spence returned home in 2006 to serve as the pastor of First Assembly of God in Chickasaw. He guided the church through a time of transition and growth as the church began building their new facility in Mobile and renamed the church CenterPointe Assembly.
In 2009, Aundrea Davis came alongside Pastor Spence and they were married in November of 2011. Aundrea is a high school mathematics teacher of over 18 years at her alma mater, Faith Academy. She earned a degree in Mathematics and minored in English and Religious studies at the University of Mobile. Aundrea is a credentialed minister through the Assemblies of God and has been instrumental in the planting of Faith Academy International School in Ghana, West Africa where her heart for missions lies.
Pastors Spence and Aundrea were blessed with the addition of William Spence Walker in February of 2015. Their love for their church family and missions is the heartbeat and drive of their ministry.

Shane and Whitney serve as Associate and Worship Pastors. They have been on staff with us since October 2012. Shane has served in ministry since 2006. Whitney joined him in ministry in 2007 when they were married. They have served as Youth Pastors and Worship Pastors in 2 Assemblies of God churches before coming to minister here at CenterPointe. Their heart is people and ministry and they are excited to see what God has in store for CenterPointe. They have 3 beautiful children Katherine Elizabeth, Karter Everett, and Kinley Emersyn.

Nathan McKinley has attended CenterPointe Assembly his entire life. He has been on the church worship team in the adult and youth services since 2004. He has also been a deacon here at the church since February of 2012. Sarah began attending CenterPointe, where she became a member, in 2008. The couple married on July 14th, 2012. Since then, Sarah has become our Community Outreach Director. Sarah holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Counseling. She heads our Vision After School Program for students in the surrounding area. On December 16, 2017 they welcomed their son, Grant, into the world. Nathan and Sarah both attended The University of South Alabama where Nathan graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering and Sarah with a Bachelors in Education. They began their position here as youth pastors in December of 2012. They both have a great passion for the youth, serving their community, and seeing the lost find Christ!

Shawn & Sarah have been on staff at Centerpointe Assembly since fall of 2013. Shawn has been a member here since he was a teen and Sarah grew up attending First Assembly of Inverness, FL. They were married by Pastor Spence in May 2007 and worked together as youth sponsors until being called to the children’s ministry. They have an infant daughter (Moriah) and hope to adopt their toddler aged son. Children’s ministry is a deeply rooted calling within both Shawn & Sarah. It is their desire to walk with parents to guide children into a loving relationship with Jesus Christ. As this relationship develops it is their goal, to equip these children with the knowledge and faith required to grow into passionate Christian adults. They are also called to the hurting children of this community and walk that out daily as foster parents.

Through her position at the church, there have been opportunities for her to venture out into other jobs in the Graphic Design field. At the beginning of 2018, she moved to a part-time position at CenterPointe to take on a full-time position at Sign Source, here in Mobile.

Roxie has been part of the CenterPointe family since 1986. She has served in several areas of ministry in the church. In 1986 she joined the Choir; in 1987 became a teacher in the Missionettes Girls Club and shortly afterward began serving as coordinator; in 2001 she joined the staff as Church Secretary before becoming the Financial Administrator in 2016.
She is the mother of three children and the proud grandmother of thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She became the wife of Gary Storm in January 2018 and with great joy became the legal custodian of her granddaughter Alyssa.
